Puppet-Stew is a small puppet theatre company based in West Central Scotland, about 20 miles north of Glasgow. Puppet-Stew was formed in 2002 by Donna Owens (Noona) after completing studies in Puppet Theatre Arts at the Scottish Mask and Puppet Centre.

Puppet-Stew provide fun, exciting and inspirational puppet making workshops [indoor or outdoors], to  schools, community groups, festivals, private parties, gala days, corporate events, school fairs, creches, adult and teenager 'break the ice' sessions and really, anywhere else that you can think of ! You can browse through the gallery section to view a small selection of the wonderful, diverse and colourful puppets created by some of the children [and grown ups] who have participated in Puppet-Stew workshops. The site is child friendly, so children who have made a puppet with us can search the gallery section to look for their puppets.

It is our aim to offer you any kind of puppet making workshop you can dream up.

Puppet-Stew do not currently have any touring productions, but you can view a small selection of puppets made for previous shows in the gallery section. You can find a list of previous shows in the About Us page.

Noona has her own Enhanced Disclosure Scotland Number which is updated every 18 months.

Noona is a member of the Scottish Mask and Puppet Centre, British UNIMA, Equity and Puppeteers UK.

Puppet-Stew have public liability of £10,000,000 through Equity.

Have fun looking through the site and if you have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact me. Noona :o)
